I’m ever more convinced that West Wing has jumped the shark. I watched
it tonight and could barely pay attention. It used to rivet me, and
now I think it just sucks and is tiresome. The schtick has worn thin.

I’m wondering if coming back to work wasn’t a mistake. It’s really
tough to care much about all this monkey dance. I finally did go to
Lenox mall and get my Roomba
vacuuming robot. I’ll charge that up tonight and see how it works. It
might be great or it might suck - that’s why it was a good XMas
gift. It isn’t something we would have sprung for on our own.
