Fictionwise and Ebooks

Here is an article about Fictionwise in their local paper. It’s so refreshing to read a
newspaper article about anything in the ebook space that isn’t a variation on “ebooks have not made paper obsolete”/ “ebooks - why do they suck so?” type story. In fact, this reporter talks about the conversion experience that most everyone goes through. Step one, skepticism about reading on a Palm sized PDA. Step two, actually trying it. Step three, for the preponderance of those I talk to, liking the experience and to some degree small or large expanding their purchases to include ebooks as a regular part of their reading.
