Microsoft Security

This morning, as if my productivity weren’t already hampered enough, I have been installing Windows updates for the recent security problems. Because I hadn’t done the Windows Updater in a while, I had several fixes that had to be done in isolation. This meant wait on the Windows Updater, apply one patch, let it run, reboot, do it again. I’m on my third iteration now. We’ll clock in somewhere around 2 hours for the whole deal. What a huge pain in the ass.
