Ernest Miller on the iPodder

Ernest Miller has an ongoing series of articles called “Hatch’s Hit List” where he explores technologies that seem benign but that would be affected by Orrin Hatch’s INDUCE Act. He gets close to home when he suggests the iPodder could be used as a vector for copyright infringement. Dag chilluns, as an author of one of the iPodder variants I’m on the list! I’m not sure whether to feel scared or to celebrate.

I would suggest celebrating, but then of course i’m out of the jurisdiction of this Orrin dude. Maybe you should move to Holland! No tropical storms here also
