Flop is Flipped

OK, I’ve been talked into it. I will post the episode of the clambake recorded in the Atlanta airport. With work and preparation for the holiday houseguests, it might not happen tonight. I’ll try to steal a few moments here and there to assemble this. I normally edit out the rough spots, but when there is this ambient bed of noise, especially the announcements over the airport loudspeaker, it defies smoothing those out. Every time it happens you can hear an audible jump that just screams “EDIT” on each one, and ultimately can be more distracting than the part I edited out.

So, I relent. Expect this one to be posted before XMas, but there probably won’t be another episode of the clambake until the middle of next week.

At least now I won’t be the only person who will be blamed! :)

By the way, any chance of a few gumbos or crawfish ettouffes after the new year starts? I don’t like clams. :-D

In case that didn’t sink in: I LOOVVVE Louisiana music. Sydeco and Cajun Country fusion. Cowpunk is fun, but now that you’ve said “on air” that you are not going to play the Siderunners for a while, it’s time for some Cajun-themed shows?

      Just a suggestion! Please?

I’m listening to your cast from the 19th, and your complaining about the cold.

      You don’t know cold.
I wish it was 9f. It is somewhere around -25f. (Heck, by now it may have warmer than that, maybe it’s -15f…)

(I’m waiting for -40 as -40C and -40f are equivalent.)
