My wife and I listen to On The Media every Sunday morning (6-7) and both agree it is the perfect show for NPR to get into podcasting with. It's a timely show but not necessarily an "up to the miinute" news show. A balanced analysis of the Media in general. Now I'll be able to listen to it when fully conscious rather than fading in and out of sleep.

We've been mentioning our podcasts on our broadcast show for a month or so. You never know when your PD will decide Sunday needs yet another right-wing political show in the place of your spot. Call it a pre-emptive strike if you will.

Is it just me, or is the internet moving things faster and faster? I mean, the increased flexibility of our systems mean that the traditional r&d / manufacture / hype / sales cycle has been parrallelized and that will obviously decrease cycle times. And allowing the people with itches to drive the r&d allows appropriate r&d and product development to be done. But it seems to be more than that. Hmmm. Love the gentle readers by the way. So addicted. :-)
