In one panel from Calvin and Hobbes, my recent life is summed up. I love it when things are concise.

      Dave,

When I lived in Paris, the French had a reply when greeted in the morning after a long stretch of work on a dreary day (usually a Thursday in the late fall). They’d reply “metro, bolo, domo”.

Literally it says “metro to work, work, sleep”.

So sounds like you’re in a MBD slump.

      Dave,

You bother because it gets you through another day. Just do it for for you.

I pour my soul into my blog, and I care not if anyone reads it at all. I do it for me.
