Here is the Bittorrent link and direct MP3 download for the EGC clambake for September 10, 2006.

All the music today is from the Brian Jonestown Massacre, and is available via their website in Ogg format. I start out by mentioning the film DIG! and then play a BJM song; I play some of the audio comments people have sent me — from Mark Forman, Robert Parent and Rob Leachman; another BJM song; I talk about the Podcast Circle Jerk; another song; I talk about the blogs featured in the Business 2.0 article on the money in blogging and what big blogs I don’t read; another song and out.

I take umbrage in you insinuating I’m a dickhead because I’m from New York-I’m from the Big Apple-so that should make me a “big dickhead.”

Interesting comment you made on the male pre-dominance of mix-tapes and podcasting. I would take it further and assert males dominated album/cd collecting as well.

Why you ask-I’d tell you but it might ruining my “big” reputation. Seriously I don’t have a guess on why that is. It would be interesting if other EGC-heads have any idea on the subject.

Thanks for clarifying the irony/joke, Dave…the NY comment rang really strange w/ me, but I just didn’t put it all together that you were doing it on purpose! (Some days I’m slow. *grin*)

Good podcasts…happy to have you back a little more in the saddle. Take care; I should probably go do some AmigoFish rating now…

Mad props! I guess the trackbacks and stuff will point to this eventually, but meanwhile check this link and rambling response: Back at ya Dave!

As the kids say on MySpace: thanks for the add!
