Don’t Mess with Defcon

Via JD Lasica comes this story of a reporter who fled Defcon while being chased by a mob. There is a certain ironic and poetic justice aspect to a TV reporter trying to do an ambush story getting ambushed instead. I know that in general, I wouldn’t pick the Defcon populace as the ones to mess with.

      so true dave, had to laugh when reading the story originally, very clueless of her/them - i used to send my security folks to it when i was responsible for a rather large ecommerce effort - but they had the tech chops to be there and went in w/ full disclosure (i work for “x” and i do “y”, i’m here to learn but also socialize) only way that works…
