		<description>I was thinking the same thing this morning when I saw Governor Arnold talking about how quickly the various agencies responded.  One could say that the federal agencies learned their lessons, but it seems a little fishy how a rich part of the country gets quick response and the poor part of the country gets pity from Kanye West.</description>
