I could ramble on about economics here, or I could do it on my own blog.  I&#039;ll take the latter route; stay tuned,

		<description>I used to wonder the same thing you guys did... how that guy afford that $80K car? What does he do? Turns out he leases his car. Or worse, he used his magic equity and bought it on his line of credit. 

I think you&#039;re right to be mad about getting sucked into the economic downturn. People (with access to an order of magnitude more money than us put together) leverage themselves to the hilt, then bail. This time enough people did it that has rippled to the mainstream and touched those of us with sound fiscal responsibility.</description>
