I watched yesterday.

Hmm, I think it's a exactly copy of the comics. It's a good movie, but I think it could be better if they adapted the comics to the movies. Doing a frame by frame copy doesn't seems to be the way to go. It worked in 300, but I have mixed feelings in Watchmen.

I read the original comic in 1988. Whow, 20 years ago!

Glad to hear it. Now that the crowds (should) have died down a bit, we'll be seeing it at the drive-in this weekend. Looking forward to it!

Glad to hear you liked it! It's interesting; fans of the graphic novel who've seen it seem to be coming down on both sides. I know people who liked it a LOT, and people who were really, really disappointed. And I'm sure the reasoning on both sides will be passionate and well thought out.

I love this stuff! It's even better than arguing whether or not "A New Hope" or "The Empire Strikes Back" was the better episode of Star Wars.
